Werner Labs (“we,” “us”) collects information you provide through our forms and booking pages, such as your name, email, phone number, and the details you submit.

Contact and request details: name, email, phone, message content, and appointment details you submit.

Communications: messages you send us and our replies (including SMS if you opt in).

Basic website/analytics data (if enabled): IP address, device/browser info, and usage data collected through cookies or similar tools.

Text messages

If you opt in to receive texts from us, we may send SMS related to your inquiry and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help.

If you collect SMS opt-in through a form, include a link to this Privacy Policy near the opt-in and make sure the opt-in language clearly describes what the person is signing up for.
If you ever send marketing texts, add: “Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
